Balnaves Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a classic expression of Coonawarra from an outstanding, evenly ripening vintage. Sourced from the Walker and Dead Morris vineyards on Terra Rossa soils, it shows the region’s hallmark purity and structure.

The nose is plush and expressive, with dark mulberry, cassis and blackcurrant layered over cedar, graphite, dark chocolate and subtle spice from French oak maturation. The palate is concentrated yet elegant, with ripe fruit framed by fine, supple tannins and balanced acidity.

Long and composed on the finish, it carries both depth and freshness, making it a structured Cabernet built for medium to long-term cellaring. It pairs beautifully with roast beef, lamb, game dishes or mature hard cheeses.
