Bindi Dixon Pinot Noir 2025

The 2025 Bindi Dixon Pinot Noir is a beautifully composed expression of Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir, sourced from the estate's original 1988 plantings and the Kaye vineyard. Made with wild yeast and matured for ten months in French oak, it balances vibrant fruit with savoury complexity.

Aromas of red cherry, dark plum and raspberry mingle with rose petals, ginger and subtle earthy notes. The palate is silky yet structured, with bright acidity and fine, chalky tannins giving shape to the generous fruit. Elegant and harmonious, with a long, gently savoury finish.

Approachable now but with excellent cellaring potential, this is a natural match for roast duck, mushroom dishes or lamb.
