Bindi Kostas Rind Chardonnay 2025

Bindi's Kostas Rind Chardonnay is a finely structured, mineral driven expression of the Macedon Ranges, sourced from a small 1.5 hectare vineyard known for producing wines of remarkable concentration and precision.

Orange blossom, ripe nectarine and citrus lead the nose, with subtle notes of toasted nuts, gentle spice and savoury oak. The palate is tightly wound yet beautifully textured, with vibrant acidity, restrained richness and a long, mineral finish.

Wild fermented in French oak, with around 20% new barrels and extended maturation on lees, this is a Chardonnay built for both immediate enjoyment and careful cellaring. Excellent alongside roast chicken, scallops or rich seafood dishes.
