Skin n Bones Pinot Noir is a darker, more structured take on the variety, shaped by the warmth leading into harvest and a long period on skins.

Predominantly MV6 clone, the wine spends 30 days on skins before ageing for 10 months in French oak, with just 10% new barrels. The result is generous and deeply coloured, with dark cherry and plum fruit supported by notes of thyme, mint and gentle spice. Fine tannins and fresh acidity keep the richer fruit in balance.

Expressive now but built to develop further with time, this is a Pinot Noir for roast duck, mushrooms or chargrilled pork.
