Tasting notes open with bright citrus and lemon zest, followed by white peach, quince and a subtle flinty mineral edge. The palate moves into redcurrant and fresh red berries, before building richness and vinosity through layered stone fruit and gentle autolytic complexity. The texture is fine and structured, with a long, precise finish.
