Bollinger Pn Vz19 750Ml

Bollinger PN VZ19 is a compelling expression of Blanc de Noirs Champagne, crafted entirely from Pinot Noir with a focus on the renowned Grand Cru village of Verzenay. Built around the 2019 vintage with 48% reserve wines, it reveals layered aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and mandarin, complemented by toasted brioche, hazelnut and delicate floral spice. The palate is richly textured yet beautifully precise, with fine, persistent bubbles, vibrant acidity and a distinctive chalky minerality. A dosage of 6 g/L provides balance, while the long, saline finish speaks to its exceptional depth and refinement. A serious, age worthy Champagne, particularly suited to oysters, roast poultry or fine charcuterie.
