Bondar Junto Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2025

Junto means ‘together’, and this Grenache led blend brings four varieties into an easy, fresh and highly drinkable style. Grenache makes up 72%, with Mataro, Shiraz and Counoise adding structure, depth and herbal detail. Early picking and around 20% whole bunch fermentation keep the wine bright and energetic, while Mataro brings spicy red fruit and Shiraz adds a little darker fruit to the blend. Expect red berries, cherry, cranberry, rose and fresh herbs, with fine tannins and a silky, medium bodied palate. Unfussy but thoughtfully made, this is a great bottle for pizza, grilled meats or shared plates.
