Bondar Rose 2025

Bondar’s Rose is a McLaren Vale benchmark, built from 90% Grenache with Cinsault and Mataro adding detail and freshness. The 2024 vintage is pale rose gold in colour, with lifted aromas and flavours of cranberry, watermelon, tart redcurrant, pink grapefruit and a touch of musk. Properly dry, the palate combines succulent red fruit with bright acidity and a gentle savoury grip, giving the wine texture without weight. Delicate, fresh and quietly complex, it is best enjoyed young and well chilled. A natural match for grilled prawns, tuna, salads or Mediterranean dishes.
