This Blewett Springs Chenin Blanc is a bright, textural expression of one of McLaren Vale’s most exciting emerging varieties.

Honeysuckle and citrus blossom lead into red apple, Nashi pear and gentle stone fruit, with subtle French oak adding depth without masking the fruit. The palate is fresh and zesty, with fine acidity, a mineral edge and a finish reminiscent of lemon curd and fresh lime zest.

Clean, balanced and quietly complex, this is a versatile Chenin Blanc with both freshness and texture. A great match for salt and pepper squid, chargrilled seafood, roast pork or aromatic Asian dishes.
