This McLaren Vale GSM brings together 86% Grenache, 8% Shiraz and 6% Mourvèdre in a generous yet beautifully balanced expression of the region. Grenache leads with vibrant raspberry, red cherry and plum, while Shiraz and Mourvèdre contribute darker berry fruit, savoury spice and depth. Subtle oak adds warmth without overshadowing the fruit. The palate is medium bodied and supple, with juicy red fruit, fine tannins and enough structure to develop further with time in the cellar. Approachable and full of character, with a lovely balance of freshness and richness. A natural pairing for grilled lamb, slow roasted pork or Mediterranean inspired dishes.
