Bruno Giacosa’s Barbera d’Alba is a classic Piedmont red that combines bright fruit with the precision and restraint the producer is known for.

Deep ruby in colour, it shows sour cherry, red plum and subtle spice, with a fresh, energetic palate and generous fruit through the middle. Barbera’s naturally high acidity gives the wine plenty of lift, while the texture remains supple and approachable.

Produced by one of Piedmont’s most respected estates, this is a versatile, food friendly style of Barbera d’Alba. Serve with ragù, pizza, salumi or roasted meats.
