In the glass, it shows a ruby red colour with light garnet reflections. The nose is fine and expressive, with intense aromas of fresh red fruits layered with subtle floral and savoury nuances.

On the palate, it is vibrant and well-structured, with good freshness and a firm yet polished tannic framework that gives shape and persistence. The balance between concentration and acidity ensures both immediate appeal and excellent ageing potential.

Fermented over around 25 days and matured for 32 months in large French oak, followed by additional bottle ageing, this is a classic Barolo that will evolve beautifully over time. Ideal with braised meats, game, truffle dishes and traditional Italian cuisine.
