Burn Cottage Moonlight Race Pinot Noir 2021

From vintage 2021 Moonlight Race Pinot Noir comprises three sites that Burn Cottage farm themselves: their estate vineyards; Burn Cottage Vineyard in Lowburn, and Sauvage Vineyard in Bannockburn, along with the Luna vineyard in Bannockburn. The blend of these three special sites produces this vibrant expression of classic Central Otago with concentrated dark and red berry fruit flavours with a supple texture and fine tannins. Whilst it’s approachable now, there is cellaring potential of 7-8 years.
