By Farr Chardonnay 2025

By Farr Chardonnay is a powerful yet finely controlled expression of Geelong Chardonnay, grown on a north facing site of red soil over limestone.

Whole bunch pressing, natural fermentation and ageing in French oak, around 30% new, build texture and depth without overwhelming the fruit. The palate is layered with citrus, stone fruit and subtle savoury notes, supported by firm acidity and a distinctly mineral finish. Malolactic fermentation adds breadth while retaining the wine’s precision and length.

Rich in flavour but never heavy, this is a structured, age worthy Chardonnay with excellent balance. Ideal with roast chicken, grilled fish or richer seafood dishes.
