By Farr Sangreal Pinot Noir is the most perfumed and seamless of the estate’s single vineyard Pinots, drawn from the family’s oldest vineyard planted in 1994.

The wine is built around red cherry and raspberry, with lifted floral notes, subtle spice and a savoury whole bunch character. Around 70% whole bunch fermentation and 70% new oak add structure and complexity, while bright acidity keeps the palate fine and composed.

Silky, fragrant and deeply site driven, Sangreal balances generosity with precision and impressive length. A beautiful match for roast duck, mushroom dishes or chargrilled pork.
