Tralcetto Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC is a straightforward expression of one of Abruzzo’s signature red varieties, grown on medium textured clay soils. Red berry aromas are lifted by a subtle white pepper note, while the palate is medium bodied with good persistence and smooth tannins that make it easy to enjoy.

Fermented on skins for around two weeks before resting on lees in stainless steel, the wine keeps its fruit driven character and freshness. The distinctive vine shoot tied to each Tralcetto bottle by hand is a nod to the region’s vineyard traditions. A versatile Italian red for cured meats, mushroom pasta, rich sauces or pizza.
