Castro Martin's Albarino is a refined expression of the Salnes Valley, shaped by the Martin family’s long standing commitment to traditional pergola trained vines. The nose is vibrant and distinctly savoury, combining green apple, nashi pear and prickly pear with cucumber, celery, herbs and fresh lime. On the palate, generous fruit sits alongside precise Atlantic acidity, saline mineral character and a subtle granitic edge. The wine is unfiltered, allowing its texture and acidity to unfold naturally rather than feeling overly rigid. Fresh, detailed and quietly complex, it is an excellent match for oysters, grilled prawns or simply fresh seafood.
