This Syrah is sourced from Michael & Kylie Noack’s Vineyard 
in Springton, 410m above sea in the Eden Valley. It sees 15% 
whole bunch inclusion followed by 16 months in French 
oak. Plummy and pure with layers of spice, sage, liquorice, 
blueberry pie, violets, pepper, vanillin oak and merest whiff of 
mint. Minimal intervention winemaking, unfined.
