A fuller style of Barossa rosé, built around old vine Grenache and Mourvèdre from the Lyndoch foothills. Bright cherry and berry aromas lead into a plush palate of ripe peach, cream and gentle savoury spice. There is plenty of freshness underneath the richness, while wild fermentation and a short spell in French oak add texture and a smooth, lingering finish.

Made from a carefully selected parcel of old vine fruit, this Australian rosé offers more weight and depth than the typical lighter style, without losing its drinkability. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly, with only 493 dozen produced. A natural match for smoked salmon with crème fraîche, glazed ham or roast turkey.
