Chalk Hill Fiano 2026

Chalk Hill's 2026 Fiano brings a fresh, savoury edge to this Southern Italian variety, grown across three vineyard sites in McLaren Vale's Willunga and Blewitt Springs.

White peach, nashi pear and ripe lemon lead the way, with hints of toasted almond, jasmine and a subtle peppery character. The palate is generous yet finely balanced, with bright citrus acidity keeping the richer fruit flavours in check.

A small portion fermented in older French oak, alongside gentle lees stirring, adds a rounded texture and savoury complexity without sacrificing freshness. An excellent match for grilled prawns, seafood pasta or roast chicken.
