Chalmers Felicitas Sparkling Fiano 2019

The Chalmers family’s commitment to innovation and excellence has made them a pivotal force in the Australian wine scene. The family is responsible for importing around 70 grapevine clones and varieties, mostly Italian, introduced to
 Australia in 2000. These selections have been a major factor in the diversification and improvements in quality seen in the Australian wine industry in the last 15 years. 
The 2019 Felicitas was hand picked with primary fermentation in stainless tank to retain freshness.  Secondary fermentation is taken place in bottle and stays on lees for 37 months and disgorged with no dosage.  This version of Felicitas is super complex with loads of toasty brioche, wild rocket, lifted perfumed florals, syrup soaked lemon pistachio cake and a zippy backbone to drive all those flavours to the back palate.
