Chateau de Laubade Intemporel 12 Year Old is a refined Bas Armagnac with the depth and character that come from extended maturation in oak. The spirit shows a light amber colour, with aromas of candied fruit, prune, vanilla, baking spice and gentle rancio. On the palate, it is full and powerful but retains an elegant, polished character, with oak and dried fruit carried through a long, warming finish. A classic Armagnac for slow sipping after dinner, particularly alongside Roquefort or a simple apple or pear tart.
