Chevillon Nuits-Saint-Georges Les St Georges 2021 is a concentrated and refined Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy’s most esteemed vineyards. The nose reveals aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle dark berry notes, layered with gentle floral hints, spice and a mineral undertone that reflect the Les St Georges terroir.

On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with silky yet structured tannins, bright acidity and a long, persistent finish. This 2021 vintage is approachable now but will develop greater depth and complexity with careful cellaring over the next decade.
