Savoury, spiced and laden with flavour. A spectrum of stone fruit, cashew nut and macadamia shortbread are present on the nose, encased with an edge of fresh bay and mace. Watermelon rind, white nectarine & floral citrus notes follow on the palate, which is supple, full and bone dry. Chalky acidity, which is a given from this block in our vineyard, is there, drawing a continuous line from front to back.
