Crft Manyara Pinot Noir 2024

Sourced from the organically certified Manyara Vineyard in Balhannah, this CRFT Pinot Noir is a refined expression of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, grown at 340 metres on vines planted in the mid 1990s. A blend of MV6 and Abel clones, it offers fragrant dark cherry, ripe plum and delicate florals, layered with caraway, sweet spice and subtle earthy complexity. The palate is beautifully textured, with concentrated fruit, fine tannins and fresh acidity providing elegance and structure. Wild fermented with 25% whole bunches and matured for nine months in French oak, including 15% new barrels, it shows considerable depth and ageing potential. Particularly suited to roast duck, game or wild mushrooms.
