CWCo is based in Marananga, in the Barossa Valley. The family focuses on hand-harvesting, natural fermentation, old vineyards and minimalist winemaking. No herbicides or pesticides are used in the vineyards to maintain a sustainable natural environment.
Lifted and perfumed with pure, juicy plummy fruits taking centre stage along with hints of dried cranberries, charcuterie, exotic spices, and lighter wafts of hoisin, earth, rose petals and jasmine. Those aromas transpose neatly over to a palate that shows great fruit purity, flow and inherent drinkability.
