Curator Wine Co. Rose 2026

The 2026 Curator Wine Co Hamlets Rosé is a dry, textured Barossa Valley rosé made from Montepulciano and Grenache, sourced from vineyards around the region's small villages. Fermented entirely in seasoned French oak, it brings a little extra depth to an otherwise fresh and delicate style.

Pale pink in colour, with fragrant aromas of watermelon, rose water and fresh strawberries. The palate is crisp and juicy, with crunchy green apple, subtle red berry flavours and a gentle creaminess from barrel fermentation. Bright acidity keeps everything fresh, leading to a clean, distinctly dry finish.

A lovely match for grilled prawns, Mediterranean salads or a long summer lunch.
