Made in the traditional method, this sparkling wine comes from the cool climate of the Piccadilly Valley. It shows classic Pinot Noir characters with subtle strawberry notes intermixed with ripe Chardonnay fruit on the middle palate, tempered by a fine bead and a beautiful complexity and length.
