Dappled Appellation Chardonnay 2025

Sourced from select vineyards across the Upper and Lower Yarra Valley, this Chardonnay brings together P58, I10V1 and Dijon clones 76 and 95 in a refined, beautifully textured expression of the region. Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom and toasted hazelnut unfold alongside delicate pastry notes and subtle oak spice. The palate is initially taut and savoury, with saline minerality and vibrant lime acidity giving way to generous stone fruit and a finely layered texture. Wild fermented and matured for 10 months on lees in French oak, with 20% new barrels, it offers remarkable precision, depth and ageing potential. Particularly well suited to roast chicken, scallops or delicate seafood dishes.
