Dappled Lieu Dit Gladysdale Pinot Noir 2025

Sourced from a single vineyard in Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra Valley, this Pinot Noir is a beautifully layered expression of the region, combining generous fruit with elegance and precision. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and subtle chocolate unfold alongside smoky oak, cedar and delicate spice. The palate is concentrated yet composed, with rich cherry and Davidson plum framed by fresh acidity, fine tannins and a supple, rounded texture. Wild fermented with 30% whole bunch inclusion and matured for 10 months in French oak, including 10% new barrels, it offers impressive depth and a long, savoury finish. Particularly well suited to roast duck, game or mushroom dishes.
