Deviation Road Loftia Vintage Brut is a crisp and refined sparkling wine from high altitude sites in the Adelaide Hills, crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and designed in a precise traditional method style.

The nose is lifted and complex, with lemon zest, baked red apple and quince layered over subtle almond croissant and lees derived complexity.

The palate is fine and creamy, with a persistent mousse and bright citrus drive balanced by nine years of lees ageing. There is both freshness and depth, with a long, elegant finish that remains focused and zesty.

A sophisticated aperitif style sparkling with added complexity from extended ageing, best enjoyed well chilled.
