A benchmark white Burgundy from Domaine de la Bongran in the Mâconnais, this Viré Clessé Cuvée E.J. Thévenet is a single vineyard Chardonnay expression that highlights both terroir and traditional winemaking.

The palate is built on ripe stone fruit, baked apple and citrus peel, lifted by honeyed complexity and subtle floral notes. There is notable depth and aromatic intensity, balanced by a line of natural acidity that brings freshness and definition through the finish.

Made from organically grown Chardonnay on the limestone rich Quintaine terroir, this white Burgundy is vinified with extended lees contact to build texture, structure and longevity while preserving purity of fruit.
