Domaine Sainte Marie Cote De Provence Rose 2024

This fresh, dry rose brings together southern French grape varieties in a lively, food friendly style. Grown on clay and schist soils, it blends Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with organically and biodynamically farmed grapes at its heart.

Pale pink with delicate golden highlights, it offers fresh fruit, subtle woodland notes and hints of citrus and white flowers. The palate is soft and balanced, with a gentle texture and a saline finish that adds freshness and keeps you coming back for another sip.

At 13% alcohol, this is an easygoing yet characterful rosé, best enjoyed young and well chilled at 10 to 12°C. Pour it with seared tuna, fragrant summer salads or as an aperitif on a warm afternoon.
