Domaine Simha Nature Pinot Noir 2025

Produced in tiny quantities from a single vineyard in Tasmania's Derwent Valley, Simha Nature Pinot Noir is a beautifully expressive take on the variety, with an emphasis on fragrance, purity and texture.

Fresh raspberry, red cherry and rhubarb meet delicate notes of musk, wild herbs and native bushland. The palate is bright and supple, with fine tannins, lively acidity and a lingering savoury edge.

Wild fermented with whole bunches and matured for 12 months in seasoned oak, this is an elegant, lightly structured Pinot Noir with plenty of personality. A lovely match for roast duck, mushroom dishes or chargrilled vegetables.
