Dr. Edge Tasmania Pinot Noir brings together fruit from the Derwent and Tamar Valleys, offering a fresh, fragrant expression of Tasmania’s cool climate Pinot Noir. Crafted by winemaker Peter Dredge, it combines vibrant fruit with a delicate, savoury character.

Bright aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry are complemented by subtle florals, gentle spice and earthy undertones. The palate is lively and juicy, with fine tannins, refreshing acidity and a soft, elegant finish.

Wild fermented with varying proportions of whole bunches and partial carbonic maceration, then matured for nine months in seasoned oak, this is a beautifully approachable Pinot Noir. Excellent slightly chilled alongside roast chicken, duck or mushroom dishes.
