Edouard Confuron Bourgogne Rouge 2024

Edouard Confuron’s Pinot Noir is a finely structured Burgundy with bright red fruit and a distinctly savoury edge.

Sourced from Croix Blanches below Vosne Romanée and Corvée Creunille below Morey Saint Denis, it shows cherry and raspberry alongside violet, earth and a subtle touch of oak. The palate is fresh and focused, with fine tannin, good tension and a long red fruited finish.

Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this is a youthful, precise style that will benefit from a little time in bottle. Serve with roast duck, mushroom dishes or simply prepared pork.
