Elderslie Single Site Nebbiolo 2021 is a single vineyard Australian Nebbiolo that highlights how well this classic northern Italian grape can translate into a cooler style domestic expression, while still retaining structure and perfume.

Tasting notes open with lifted aromatics of rose petal, potpourri and red cherry, giving it an almost Pinot Noir like fragrance. The palate builds with red fruit, dried orange peel and subtle dark chocolate notes, layered over a savoury, mineral backbone.

Style wise it is a medium to fuller bodied Nebbiolo with firm yet finely tuned tannins, bright acidity and a long, structured finish that reflects both varietal typicity and site precision.
