The 2025 Elderton Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinguished expression of Barossa Valley Cabernet, reflecting the Ashmead family’s longstanding reputation for producing wines of depth and refinement. Sourced from estate vineyards in Nuriootpa, it reveals concentrated aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry, layered with dark chocolate, savoury herbs and subtle spice. The palate is rich and beautifully structured, with generous black fruit, silky tannins and a fine balance of freshness and concentration.
