Eperosa Stone Garden 1858 Grenache 2025

A powerful old vine Grenache from one of Australia’s most historic vineyard sites, with the original Stonegarden plantings dating back to 1858.

Ruby grapefruit and red cherry lead the nose, joined by oregano, dried herbs, pepper, spice and a subtle iron rich savoury note. The palate is bright and finely detailed, with red fruit, gentle stalky complexity and remarkably fine tannins that build quietly through the finish.

Sourced from the original bush vine block, with small amounts of Mataro and Shiraz naturally interplanted, this is concentrated without losing Grenache’s freshness and lift. Excellent with lamb, chargrilled meats or Mediterranean dishes.
