Felton Road Block 3 Pinot Noir 2025

The 2025 Felton Road Block 3 Pinot Noir is a profound expression of Central Otago, sourced from mature vines rooted in the deep silt and calcareous soils of Bannockburn. Concentrated aromas of black cherry, dark plum and wild thyme unfold alongside roasted earth, subtle cocoa and savoury spice. The palate is powerful yet remarkably composed, with dense, finely structured tannins framing layers of dark fruit and earthy complexity. Wild fermented with 25% whole bunches and matured for 13 months in French oak, including 28% new barrels, it possesses exceptional depth, precision and a long, expansive finish. A serious, cellar worthy Pinot Noir, particularly suited to roast duck or game.
