Fiore Chianti 2023

Fiore Chianti 2023 is a classic Tuscan red that brings together tradition, freshness and easy drinking charm.

Made from Sangiovese with small parcels of Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera, it shows bright cherry, ripe plum and a lift of dried herbs and spice. There is a subtle savoury edge of leather and tobacco that adds depth without heaviness.

The palate is medium bodied and lively, with fine tannins and fresh acidity giving it shape and energy. It feels light on its feet, but still carries enough structure to keep things interesting.

A great everyday Chianti for pasta, pizza or grilled meats.
