Fletcher Langhe Chardonnay 2024

Fletcher C24 Langhe DOC Chardonnay 2024 is a precise, mineral driven Chardonnay from Piedmont, crafted by Australian winemaker David Fletcher. Sourced from cool north facing vineyards in Barbaresco and the Langhe, it shows lemon zest, white peach and green apple, with almond blossom, subtle creaminess and a chalky mineral note. Whole bunch pressing, natural fermentation and ten months on lees in French oak, including 30% new barrels, build texture while keeping the wine fresh and focused. Elegant rather than rich, it has vibrant acidity, silky texture and impressive length. Excellent with scallops, roast chicken or creamy risotto.
