Fontodi Chianti Filetta Di Lamole 2022

Fontodi Filetta di Lamole 2022 is a refined Chianti Classico made from 100% Sangiovese grown in the elevated vineyards of Lamole, around 600 metres above sea level.

Wild cherry, raspberry and violet lead the nose, with dried herbs, gentle spice and a fine mineral edge. The palate is medium bodied and precise, combining vibrant acidity with silky tannins and beautifully measured oak.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete and matured for 18 months in French oak casks, this is a graceful, structured expression of Chianti Classico with excellent freshness and length. Ideal with roast lamb, mushroom risotto, pasta with ragù or aged Pecorino.
