A blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon, it opens with cassis, mulberry and blackberry, layered with bay leaf, fresh mint, liquorice and a distinctive oyster shell note. The medium to full bodied palate is concentrated yet refined, with vibrant acidity, fine velvety tannins and savoury, spicy oak driving a long finish.
