Future Perfect Pinot Noir 2025

Sourced from three distinct vineyards across Tasmania's Tamar, Derwent and Huon Valleys, this Pinot Noir brings together the character of different cool climate sites in a beautifully balanced, expressive style.

Dark cherry, wild raspberry and blackberry lead the way, with subtle notes of bramble, forest floor and gentle spice. The palate is finely structured and supple, with bright acidity, delicate earthy tannins and a savoury finish.

Wild fermented in small batches and matured for 11 months in French oak, with 17% new barrels, this is a fragrant, elegant Pinot Noir that will gain further complexity with time in bottle. Lovely alongside roast duck, mushroom risotto or pork.
