Gentle Folk Piccadilly Pinot Noir 2025

Gentle Folk's 2025 Piccadilly Pinot Noir is a fragrant, lighter bodied expression of the Adelaide Hills, sourced from the established Woods Hill Vineyard in Summertown, planted in 1980.

Wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry lead the way, with subtle notes of bramble, woodland herbs and gentle spice. The palate is juicy and finely structured, with fresh acidity, delicate tannins and a soft, savoury finish.

Fermented with a combination of whole berries and whole bunches, then matured for nine months in French oak, this is an elegant, approachable Pinot Noir that favours perfume and freshness over weight. Particularly good alongside roast duck, mushroom dishes or grilled chicken.
