Gentle Folk Village Pinot Noir 2025

A detailed Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir drawn from eight high elevation vineyards across Uraidla, Piccadilly, Basket Range, Summertown and Charleston.

Red cherry, wild strawberry and subtle spice lead into more savoury notes of dried herbs and forest floor. The palate is fresh and finely structured, with bright acidity, supple tannins and a gentle earthy complexity.

Fruit comes from a wide mix of Pinot Noir clones planted between 500 and 620 metres, with around 20% whole bunch fermentation and eight months in French oak. At 13% alcohol, the style is lifted, composed and distinctly cool climate. Excellent with duck, pork or mushroom dishes.
