This Adelaide Hills Sangiovese blend is a bright, juicy red combining Sangiovese with smaller portions of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Sourced from elevated vineyards across the Adelaide Hills, it offers a fresh, approachable take on these varieties, with an emphasis on fruit and texture.

Fresh red cherry, raspberry and plum lead the palate, complemented by subtle herbal notes and gentle savoury spice. The wine is medium bodied, with lively acidity, soft tannins and a smooth, refreshing finish. Five months in a combination of seasoned French oak, stainless steel and terracotta preserves its vibrant character.
