The 2024 Giant Steps Applejack Vineyard Pinot Noir is a beautifully detailed expression of the Upper Yarra Valley, sourced from a cool, elevated vineyard in Gladysdale known for producing fragrant, savoury Pinot Noir.

Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and delicate florals are layered with earthy notes of mushroom, spice and subtle forest floor. The palate is finely structured, with vibrant red fruit, savoury complexity and firm yet polished tannins providing impressive length and definition.

Fermented with 30% whole bunches and matured for ten months in French oak, this is an elegant, textured Pinot Noir with excellent ageing potential. A natural match for roast duck, wild mushrooms or game dishes.
