Giant Steps' 2025 Pinot Noir is a beautifully expressive Yarra Valley red, bringing together fruit from across the region, including the cooler Upper Yarra vineyards.

Ripe cherry, raspberry and red plum lead the way, with lifted notes of lavender, gentle spice and subtle earthy complexity. The palate is juicy and generous, with vibrant red fruit, silky tannins and fresh acidity providing balance and length.

Wild fermented with 32% whole bunches and matured for eight months in French oak, this is a fragrant, finely structured Pinot Noir with plenty of depth. Delicious now or over the next few years, particularly alongside roast duck, mushroom dishes or grilled pork.
